We love Organic Unrefined Ghanaian Shea Butter.  The hand kneaded natural butter is a key ingredient in our Shea Silk Mousse. This contributes to the beautifully soft texture of our whipped mousse and is highly nourishing and gives our product the distinctive nutty (base) aroma. 

Our shea butter is certified cruelty free, organic and vegan friendly:

Our suppliers source our Shea Butter direct from a cooperative of over 600 women in Ghana. The manufacturing of Shea Butter supports a community of over 2400 people. By purchasing through them we are supporting the cooperative to build a new production facility and have helped them build a well in a neighbouring community so they can have fresh clean water. 

We also love fairtrade, organic and unrefined Cocoa Butter that naturally contributes to the beautiful, sweet, chocolatey aroma of our Shea Silk Mousse.

Vitamin E is a staple natural oil added to many of our products to provide an extra nourishing boost to support your overall skin health. Natural Vitamin E is more easily absorbed by the skin and better for you than the synthetic version.

We use Jojoba oil in several of our skincare products (Shea Silk Mousse, Twilight Recovery Oil) because of its skin balancing, hydrating properties helping to restore your skin’s health the natural way!  

Jojoba Oil is naturally rich in Omega 9 and also Vitamin E, it absorbs immediately and penetrates the skin deeply. 

Jojoba oil mimics sebum (the oil naturally produced by our skin). Because of this, the oil is incredibly moisturising and helps to balance our skin's natural oil levels.

We use 100% natural, food grade Grapeseed Oil in our Twilight Recovery Oil.  
It is an effective moisturiser whatever your skin type, providing all round face and body hydration.

We use 100% pure, unrefined Organic Moringa Oil, sourced from Kenya in our Shea Silk Mousse.    

 
Moringa Oil is derived from one of the most nutritious plants on earth also known as the Tree of Life. The oil is jam packed with skin loving nutrients, essential fatty acids and vitamins, containing more than 90 nutrients.
